Preschool

Mommy here:  Luke LOVES going to preschool on Tuesday and Thursday mornings!  He is always eager to tell me about his day and the fun things he did, how many friends he has, and about things his teachers tell them.  Things he's learned include, but are not limited to:  Your brain is what tells your body what to do and say, water is very important for your body to grow, his friend Jacob is very smart and knows all the days of the week (in order!), and rectangles are squished squares.  Luke had been talking alot about chickens, so on Thursday I finally asked him if they were doing a unit on farm animals.  He told me, "No Mommy, not chickens on a farm, Mrs. Chickens, is my teacher."  Her name is Mrs. Hitchens.  LOL
