We were at Wally World tonight for a different purpose, but found Halloween costumes on clearance for $1. Be on the look out for a Firefighter and an Army man next year!

Solution to spilled cereal?

Mommy here: I came downstairs to find Luke in the closet putting on a hat, gloves and flip flops. We were still in pj's eating breakfast, so I asked him why he was putting on flip flops. He replied that he had spilled cereal crumbs on the floor and didn't want to step on them with just feet, so he wanted to put shoes on. I guess the hat and gloves were a bonus incidental find in the closet. I suggested that it might be better to clean up the spilled cereal with the sweeper rather than walking over it with shoes. He helped me sweep up the crumbs, ditched to flip flops but kept the hat and gloves to finish his cereal. Guess it all made sense in his 3 year old mind.

Mommy here: While laying down to sleep tonight, I felt baby #3 fluttering around. Always a good reminder that you really are pregnant, not just getting fat!

1st Grade Halloween Parade

I am the batman in all black.

We weren't supposed to wear masks, but some kids didn't get the memo.

My class participated in the 1st grade Halloween parade today. Mommy and Luke came to watch. We walked all around the school in and out of the classrooms.
